The Chao Phraya Catfish has a wide, flat, whiskerless head. It has a silver, curved underside and a dark brown back. Its dorsal, pectoral and pelvic fins are dark grey and the first soft ray is extended into a filament. Full-grown adults can reach 3 meters (9.8 ft) and weigh up to 300 kg (660 lb).
Spotted sorubim are also known as the shovel nosed spotted catfish. They have extremely long whiskers and are adept at hunting out food items in all conditions. They have a brown upper body with a cream coloured belly, and their upper body and fins are covered in black spots and lines.

Alligator Gar are the largest species in the gar family, and among the largest freshwater fishes in North America. Gars are often referred to as "primitive fishes", or "living fossils" because they have retained some morphological characters of their earliest ancestors.
The giant snakehead is capable of growing to 1.3 meters in length and a weight of 20 kg (44 lb). It is native to the fresh waters of Southeast Asia. The species has the ability to crawl onto land and breathe air, although they are only able to do this in muddy or swampy areas, hence the nickname "mudfish".
